  • What is the Knowledge Explorer Platform?
    It’s an online tutoring platform that provides a personalized learning experience. Go to “About us” to learn more.
  • Is registration required to use the platform?
    Yes, you have to register first and create a student account.
  • What services do you provide in your platform?
    At Knowledge Explorer Platform, we provide two type of services, “Tutoring service” and “Assignment review”. You can access them by going to “Services” page.
  • What is a “Tutoring service”?
    Go to “Services” page, check out our video tutorial of our “Tutoring service”; learn more about the service.
  • Is my student account permanent, and do I have to pay for subscription fee?
    The student account is not permanent, it is valid for 12 months only upon creation, and the account will be deleted automatically. You don’t need to pay any subscription fee as a student.
  • I have inquiries to the Knowledge Explorer Platform, how to contact the platform?
    Go to “Contact us”, and write your inquiries to the platform.
  • How do I create a student account?
    Go to Log in, Student, Create a student account.
  • What documents should I submit to create a student account?
    Emirates ID, Student ID and no objection letter from the guardian (if you are 18 years old or younger).
  • My school does not provide us with Student ID, what to submit instead?
    To whom it may concern letter, or a certificate mentioning your name, student number and the school’s name.
  • As a student, why should I choose your platform?
    At Knowledge Explorer Platform, we prioritize student success and satisfaction. Our team of skilled tutors is committed to delivering high-quality educational support that meets the needs of every learner.
  • What is a “Assignment review”?
    Go to “Services” page, check out our video tutorial of our “Assignment review”; learn more about the service.
  • My student account got deleted, but I would like to use the platform?
    If your student account got deleted, this means that it’s been already 4 months since you have created the student account. If you are still a student, you can create a student account again by going to Log in, Student, Create a student account.
  • Why my student account got deleted after 12 months?
    At the Knowledge Explorer Platform, we provide “Tutoring Service” and “Assignment review” for students only. Therefore, as a qualify check, the platform deletes any student account after 12 months. The user can create a student account again and submit the required documents to the platform, only if the user is still a student.
  • I would like to join the platform as a tutor, where can I apply?
    Go to “Careers”, apply for a tutor.
  • Before I apply for a tutor, what are the required documents to obtain?
    Here is a list of the required documents that you should obtain before applying for a tutor: 1. Private Teacher Work Permit. 2. Clear Criminal Record Certificate / Police Clearance Certificate. 3. Medical fitness certificate. 4. Emirates ID. 5. No Objection Certificate from the guardian (if you are between 15 to 18 years old). 6. No Objection Certificate from the employer (if you are an employee). 7. Clear personal photo with a white background. 8. Employment certificate (if you are an employee). 9. Study continuity certificate (if you are a school student). 10. Enrollment certificate (if you are a university student). 11. Academic certificates.
  • I got accepted by the platform as a tutor, where can I log in?
    Go to Log in, Tutor.
  • As a tutor, my account will be valid for how long?
    It will be valid till the expiry date on your Private Teacher Work Permit. The account will be deleted automatically after the expiry date.
  • My tutor account got deleted, but I would like to be a tutor in the platform.
    If your tutor account got deleted, this means that your Private Teacher Work Permit is expired. If you would like to join our platform as a tutor, apply again for a tutor with new Private Teacher Work Permit and updated required documents.
  • As a tutor, should I pay for a subscription fee?
    Yes, 40 AED per month.
  • As a tutor, I pay for a subscription fee this month, but next month, I don’t want to pay; since I’m going for a vacation?
    It is not an issue, don’t subscribe for the next month, and subscribe for the following month.
